Terms & Conditions:
1. The Organiser of Lucky Draw is “Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Center”, hereinafter referred to as “Macau Tower”.
2. The deadline for the participation of Lucky Draw is 8th December 2022.
3. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Shun Tak Management Services Group Limited and Macau Tower are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
4. Only one entry of the prediction is permitted per email address. If there is more than one prediction from the same email address, only the earliest prediction will be accepted by Macau Tower.
5. All entrants hereby confirm that they understand and agree to the “Terms & Conditions” of this Lucky Draw. In case of any breach, Macau Tower shall reserve the right to cancel any participation or award and to retain any right to pursue any act of sabotage.
6. The winners will be drawn at random from a list of participants who submitted the correct prediction.
7. The announcement of the winners will be made on 23rd December 2022 on Macau Tower’s website.
8. The contact details submitted here will be used as notification of any prizes. Personal details will be collected for internal record, research, statistics and verifying the identity of prize winners. Please make sure you provide the correct information.
9. All the prizes will need to be collected at Macau Tower before 28th February 2023. In case of unclaimed prizes by 28th February 2023, it will be considered that the winner have forfeited the prize.
10. Any loss or stolen prizes will not be reissued after the collection.
11. If a winner is found to be ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, or if a winner fails to provide the required information for identity verification or otherwise fails to follow the instructions of Macau Tower, the winner will be disqualified and Macau Tower reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
12. Macau Tower has the right to terminate the Lucky Draw at any time by announcing the termination on its website in cases of force majeure. In case of such a termination, no compensation is due to the participants.
13. In the event of any dispute, Macau Tower shall have the final decision.
